Returns Policy Details
Do you accept returns of unwanted goods ? We accept returns of unwanted goods as long as they are returned to our distribution centre in the same condition they arrived to you, this includes packaging. You are responcible for the return carrage. What about damaged goods ? Goods that arrive damaged or on further inspection are found to be damaged will be replaced by us upon reciept of the damaged part or product back at our distribution centre. In the unlikely event that we unable to supply a replacement a full refund will be issued. How long do i have to return goods ? Notification of intent to return goods should reach us no later than 14 days after reciept of goods. Requests after this deadline are at the returns department's discression. Does the refund include shipping costs ? For unwanted items shipping costs are non-refundable as the service you have bought has been supplied. For damaged items that we are unable to replace we will issue a refund for the products value plus any shipping charges applied to the product returned.
