Postage Information:

Individually calculated postage, thats a novel idea.
How frustrating is it when you only wish to buy 1 small lightweight item and you get landed with an outlandish flat rate shipping charge ? or when you buy many items at the same time and get charged postage for each individual item ?

We could have offered "free p&p" on our items and build the postage into the price of the item, looks great but if you buy more than one thing the chances are your paying over the odds on the hidden postage.

Flat rate p&p, another great idea, you know that your only going to pay a certain ammount whatever you buy, we like this in theory so we have a maximum UK Mainland p&p of £9.95

£9.95, that seems a little steep, i only want one or two small things.

Thats why our shopping cart will add up the weights of your items and assign the appropriate postage charge starting from just 49p. In most cases the postage will be less than the maximum, simply elect the items you wish to purchase and visit the shopping cart to calculate the shipping rate

How can I see what the postage charge for the items I have selected will be ?

Easy, once you have selected the "buy button" the product will be added to your shopping cart which is viewable on the left hand side of every page, as you add more it gives you a running total, only when you have finished browsing and are happy with everything will you be asked for payment. Please be aware you will need to tell our shopping cart which part of the world you live in for the postage costs to show in the cart.

Why is the cart not showing VAT ?

All our prices include VAT and at this time we do not show a VAT breakdown.

Shipping Details

We utilise a variety of shipping options to provide you with the lowest possible shipping cost whilst still maintaining an efficient service.

For lightweight items we generally ship via Royal Mail 1st Class services

For medium and heavy weight purchases we generally ship via one of our specialist couriers dependant on your location.

Once your item has been carefully packaged by our packing team and is ready for dispatch you will recieve an e-mail from us stating that your order has been completed. This means that your order will be collected by the relevant service provider on their next scheduled collection (usually between 2-4pm monday - friday)
